Accumulator Units

AXON BOP Accumulator Control Systems are offered in a wide range of sizes to meet specific criteria and API 16D requirements for land exploration drilling and workover rigs. These control systems are offered with or without remote control interfaces, in order to best meet the customer’s needs. For added accumulator volume, AXON also offers a selection of accumulator racks.  

These racks are available in a number of sizes, ensuring that there is an AXON accumulator rack for most all applications.Whether a standard or custom design, each AXON BOP Accumulator Control Unit or Auxiliary Rack is built to the highest standards of quality, ensuring a long, trouble-free service life.

Remote Panels

AXON Remote Panel Controls are custom designed and built to meet the customer’s exact specifications and requirements. These panels can be configured for air, electric, or PLC control.

Control Units

AXON BOP Accumulator Controls provide the reliability and control required for the demanding offshore jack-up and platform applications. These systems are available in standard or custom designs, with a choice of pumping systems. Utilizing touchscreen or pushbutton control panels, classified for hazardous area use, these systems feature ease of operation. In addition, AXON’s use of proprietary TR™ regulators add to the overall reliability of these systems. For easier rig up/rig down, these systems can also be provided with stack-mounted mini pods.

AXON designs and manufactures in accordance with API 16D, RP53, and RP64, and can monogram units to API 16D.

Diverter Controls

AXON diverter control systems are proven reliable safety systems, designed for use during drilling operations.  Available in custom or standard designs, AXON diverter controls are built to API 64 and 16D specifications.

These systems include dedicated accumulator banks, sized in accordance with diverter control requirements.  This system provides auxiliary control for overboard and mud valves, and telescopic joint controls, with safety interlocks and discrete pressure-reducing circuits included as required.

Auxiliary Equipment

AXON offers a broad range of equipment designed to be used with its various control products and systems. From crown block savers to test pumps, to a broad selection of connectors, clamps, and adapters, AXON has the tools to provide you with a quality, fully integrated control system.

AXON’s High Pressure Test Units and Recorders are the right tools for testing BOP stacks, xmas trees, chokes, kill lines, and more. These air-operated test units can be configured for skid- or unit-mounting, both of which are portable and self contained.  

AXON TR™ regulators feature a highly reliable valve design. In addition, these regulators’ “stay put” actuator feature maintains pressure even if remote operation is lost. This proven design covers flow from 1/2” to 1-1/2”, with a standard inlet pressure rating of 5,000 PSI.
