Deadman Autoshear
Our TYPE '80TM DMAS features added efficiency by requiring three functions through the BOP section of the control pods: arm, disarm, and hydraulic trigger signal. Both Deadman and Autoshear functions are achieved by running all signals through the pod; this allows for activation by loss of signal through either loss of control (Deadman) or disconnect from the LMRP (Autoshear).
Features:
- Equipped with dual TRTM regulators to operate the shear rams and other subsea equipment at different pressures
- Optional ports allow for the addition of subsea gauges or surface readbacks
- Certifications available upon request, including (but not limited to) DNV, ABS and CE
